Fees for Service
Fees have been established with the understanding that clients need access to quality yet reasonable mental health care. Payments for services are expected following each therapy session using cash, check, or credit card (VISA, American Express, Master Card, Discover). Session fees are set at $120.00 per hour.
Sliding Scale Option
Clients without insurance or limited finances may qualify for a reduced fee based on family income. Please discuss this with your therapist.
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled appointments. Messages can be left for your therapist at the Center’s Office (609-771-0444) at least 24 hours in advance. A charge equal to half of a regular session fee will be assessed for appointments that are missed (no show), or cancelled without sufficient notice. Charges may be waived when the cancellation is a justified emergency.
As out-of-network providers we recognize that services may be covered in full or in part through your health insurance plan or by your employee health benefit plan. At this time we are not accepting direct payment from insurance companies. However, we will gladly provide receipts for services rendered that may be submitted to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement.
Questions you may want to ask your health insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment:
– Do I have mental health or counseling benefit coverage?
– If I go to an out-of-network provider, what’s the reimbursement to me?
– Is there a deductible? What is the amount?
– How many sessions are covered yearly? Is there a lifetime limit?
– What is the coverage amount per therapy or counseling session?
